the last few days have been very hetic with all the different things going on in the Ashram, the laudary is sorted we have more guest to day a very busy day i expect. there probably be a bit of  show shoesing and always lot of other stuff to do here to like a nice saunas and wonderful yoga class french and english at the moment im learning french i do find it hard as ive slightly dislexic with my laugange. so it takes me longer then most to learn lauganges but i do understanf what people are saying if its in another laugange espcailly hindi tamil and french. all is well in the camp.
